the thread which binds us

Written and played Audrey Langellotti

This show, combining theater, puppets and object theater, takes us to Spain of the last century, to dust off memories before they disappear into oblivion. Through the history of Audrey’s own family, it is the history of the Spanish Civil War that appears on stage, in a minimalist set design. A show to talk about this forgotten period in history, but also about death and mourning, and the deep bond that binds us to our ancestors.

The meme show

Meme is an old country woman. She is direct and rude. She says what she thinks. She looks at the world from the outside and comments on its madness.
And... she likes to make stuff herself. Maybe she will teach you how to do something too.

Family is not always easy. Here Christmas turns into a disaster as family members are literally torn apart by tensions and misunderstandings. i don't know why i play with puppets

What is theater good for? What is puppet theater good for? These are the questions that are at the center of the show. These questions lead the performer, Yanai, and his puppets to recount the moments of his life that brought him to the stage: from memories of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, to adventures in India and his training as a puppeteer.

"Yanai is obsessed with his puppets.
He loves them. I think the puppets may have
saved his life."
